After retiring as a player for the Long Island Rough Riders he became Director of Community Relations for the pro club and was responsible for group ticket sales and the formation of the Rough Rider Soccer Academy. He is the Founder and President of the Futsal Foundation, a non for profit after school program targeting at risk kids in elementary and middle schools across the country.
